Foundation Board Member

Bill Shingler is Vice President/Treasurer of Washington Closure Hanford LLC where he serves as Director of Project Services. He manages a 120-person organization that provides functional support services to the five projects which make up the River Corridor Closure Contract. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of New Mexico. Bill has served in several leadership positions for many community service organizations.
